As Chief Customer Officer at Parsable, Ben manages the company’s customer success, value consulting and support teams to ensure a world-class experience and to drive positive outcomes for new and existing customers. Ben has nearly two decades of experience ranging from sales and marketing to planning, supply chain optimization, business excellence, and IT, with a focus on big data, advanced analytics, and the Internet of Things (IoT). He thrives on spearheading global cross-functional collaboration to gather and evangelize data-driven insights, drive innovation, and optimize business processes.


Prior to Parsable, Ben held senior roles in data management and enterprise business information management at energy industry leader TechnipFMC and its predecessor, FMC Technologies. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas, Austin.
