As Vice President of Customer Success at Parsable, Kevin Earabino manages the company’s customer success, implementation, and support teams to ensure a world-class experience and to drive positive outcomes for new and existing customers. He has spent more than 20 years in customer success, strategy, and sales leadership roles, mostly at early stage software companies. Most recently, he was Vice President of Customer Success at Persado Inc., a leader in AI-powered marketing content.
Prior to entering the technology field, Kevin was a management consultant at Capgemini, with clients in the financial services, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing industries. He also spent several years as a manufacturing engineer focused on process improvement at ABB, a pioneering industrial technology provider serving the utility, transportation, and infrastructure verticals. Kevin holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University as well as a master’s degree in engineering, and a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
